Spectrum Striders RC is a running club based in Birchwood in north-east Warrington in Cheshire.
We were formed in 1983 and meet at our base at Birchwood Community High School. We are a friendly running club which caters for all abilities from 14 years old and above.

Races at distances from 1 mile to half marathon, with best 7 races to count. Points per race are decided on a formula related to world best age group times. Coordinated by Janet Redpath.Read More
