A constitution is a set of rules, often in the form of a written document, that enumerates the powers and functions of a political entity or organisation such as a sports / running club. In the case of Spectrum Striders RC, this term refers specifically to a constitution defining the fundamental club principles, and establishing the structure, procedures, powers and duties, of a committee and how the club shall be run.
When you join the Club, you will receive a copy of the Club Constitution. You have a right at any time to challenge the Constitution. Any proposed changes are discussed and voted on at the AGM.

It was last updated in December 2009 to reflect the creation of the new role of "Club President".
