The event is once again being organised by Carolyn Arber, joined this year by Jane Lowe. Many thanks to them!

The annual Spectrum Striders presentation night will take place on Saturday 7th January 2017 at the Lymm Hotel.
We will start with drinks from 6.30pm and sit down to a 3 course dinner at 7.30pm. Coffee and mints will be served during some short speeches and the presentation of trophies and standards.
The bar will be open until 12.30am with the disco allowing you to strut your stuff until 1am. For those who have been before there is a lovely lounge for those who want to talk and not be in the disco.
The cost is £25 per head and this will include some wine on each table.

John Ross smoked haddock fishcake, caper mayonnaise

Slow roast rump of highland lamb, rosemary jus
Wild haddock fillet, wholegrain mustard and white wine sauce
Wild mushroom ravioli, tarragon cream, Italian hard cheese
(all main courses come with seasonal vegetables and potatoes)
~ Desserts ~
Vanilla crème Brulee, homemade shortbread
Classic lemon tart, mango cream
White chocolate and berry cheesecake, Raspberry coulis
