This group is aimed at people who are new to running or returning to running after a long lay off from the sport.
The sessions are focussed on endurance and also speed & strength. They are similar to the sessions that groups 1 and 2 do but not as fast or intensive.
The sessions may involve sprints, repetitions (running, say, 400m several times with a timed recovery in between) and hill work.
This group is often used as a stepping stone by athletes who improve and move to the next group. If you require more detail about these sessions then please contact one of the coaches who will be happy to provide some more detail.
