Meet 9:30am in the Visitor Centre car park, CW8 2JD.   About 45 mins driving time from Warrington.

Remember that there is a £4 parking charge in the Visitor Centre car park so it will be worth car sharing.  If you want to share transport, contact Linda Owen or Michael Bradley.  Some Striders will be meeting in Grappenhall to car share.

There are several marked routes, 1½ to 7 miles.  Most will run the 7 miles at a similar pace to Thursday training and we always muster.  Road shoes are usually fine as it is on Forest roads.

Some people walk, also some bring kids, family and dogs.  After the runs, there are two café's for a well-deserved (optional!) breakfast.

Only one rule:  Santa hats or similar Christmas wear is compulsory.  It's a great morning out and a chance to run with friends in the Forest.
