Sat 17-Jul-2010 at 4pm (fun run at 5pm)

Introduction

The Burtonwood 5 mile Road race was first run in 2005.  The race is run under UKA Rules (minimum age 15 years) on an accurately measured 5 mile road course.  There is also a fun run which is approximately 1.8 miles.

The race is organised by Burtonwood Bridge ARLFC, assisted by Spectrum Striders Running Club.

There will be a free hot dog or beefburger to all finishers in the 5 mile race and the fun run.

Car parking is available at the Bridge Inn and at the adjacent business park.  Please park responsibly showing respect for the local residents.  Thank you!

Race Route

The race starts and finishes at the Bridge Inn.  The race route is on country lanes in the area around Burtonwood.

Pre-entry is by post.  Click here to download an entry form (in PDF format).  The closing date for receipt of postal pre-entries is 12-Jul-2010.

Entry on the day will be available at an extra charge.

Results

This year we expect the results to be published on the Burtonwood Bridge ARLFC web site.
