Naming of photo files:
1. DO NOT use capitals or spaces in your file names.
2. Try to use the date of the event within the name of your files
3. Keep each individual photo reference in the file name

File name examples:
2009_2309_birchwood10k_001
2009_2309_birchwood10k_002
2009_2309_birchwood10k_003

Ideal sizes for photos

450 pixel x 600 pixel or
450 pixel x 675 pixel
(either landscape or portrait)

FYI, Microsoft Hotmail will automatically resize photos to this size if you send using Attach, Photo.
