Hospices 5k fun run 15-Jul-2005

This was another in the series of occasional fun runs in the Birchwood Forest Park.  All proceeds will be donated to two local children's hospices, Claire House & Francis House. The next fun run will be for Children in Need, probably on 18-Nov.

Thanks to everyone for running and, as ever, many thanks to all the marshals & finish recorders who gave their time.  We have raised at least £648 from entries and the sponsorship raised so far for Claire House and Francis House. Send any extra sponsor money for this run to Julian Spencer, H260, Hinton House, so that we know how much we raised by our race.

Well done to Lyn Stearn from English Partnerships adding £120 to our total, and to Anthony Lucas and Joanne Smith from British Nuclear Group for raising £60 and £55 respectively.
