Children In Need 5k fun run 16-Nov-2007
This was another in the series of occasional lunchtime fun runs in Birchwood Forest Park. The run was organised by Rhonda Larkin, Julian Spencer and friends & work colleagues (please note that this is not a Spectrum Striders race). All proceeds from the run are donated to Children In Need. If you have any more sponsorship money to hand in, please get it as quickly as you can to Julian or Rhonda.
Update: the total amount raised for the run for Children In Need was £565.50. Thanks to everyone involved!
Many thanks to the organisers, marshals & finish recorders who gave up their lunchtime and who stood out in the cold for the runners. Also, thanks & well done to all the runners.
