A foul night to run with continuous rain so that all of us felt like drowned rats by the time we had finished.  A mile in the pool might have been easier.  Thanks to Shelley  and helpers for the timing.  Well done to those of you who have improved, especially to Ian Harris, the fastest on the night.  Don't forget that you all have a second chance at our Club Track mile race on Tuesday 27th September 2005.

Lancashire Walking Club 1 hour track race, Bury
 Sat 10th September 2005  

Tony Bell finished 2nd out of 8 in this race to do as many laps of the track as possible in 1 hour with 10177m. The winning time was (of course) 1 hour :-)
